Can you get Mocks of famous bands or people?

Great idea for Mock designs. We are looking into this idea at the moment but we need to get permission from the famous celebs to do it, which may take a while. We will keep you posted.

How many Mocks do I need?

As many as you like! We have hundreds of Mocks fans that have the whole range of Mocks so their phone is never without and matches their outfits everyday of the year.

Do Mocks make good presents?

Of course! They are one of the most popular gifts to give for Birthdays, Christmas, even Valentines Day, they are also the perfect gift to give yourself, just for being you. You can find a Mock to match any personality.

How long does a Mock last for?

That’s a really hard question to answer. It depends on how much it rubs against other things in your bag or pocket and whether you catch the threads on anything. It totally depends on how it’s used, some people had had the same one since they came out and they are still fine.

Can I purchase Mocks if I live overseas?

If I buy online how will my order be sent?

Everything is sent out by regular mail from Australia, so depending on where you live it may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Why is a Mock better than a case?

Because our Mocks are so Mocktastically designed, they fit nice and snug around your phone so your phone will never fall out. They also have elastic at the top which grips to your phone.

I’ve got a design idea to send, how do I send it?

You can send your design to us either via email or post. If you can email us a picture, all you need to do is draw or scan in your design in Microsoft paint and then email it to Mocksrule@MyMocks.com. Another option is to jot your design on paper and mail it to us here at Mocks HQ, Suite 23, 17 Raglan St, Mosman, NSW, 2088, Australia.

How do I make a Photo Mock?

• Choose your colour *
• Upload the front photo **
• Upload the back photo (Optional) **
• Preview your design
• Once you are happy with your photo Mock you must click save to proceed
• Choose how many you want
• Buy it!

How is a Mock created?

The birth of Mocks begins firstly with our market research process which involves us taking various designs out to the people to see which designs are the most popular. Once we have chosen the most popular designs, we then send them over to out very own Mockticians overseas…….. and so the Mock is created.

How do I clean my Mock?

It's easy! You can clean your Mock just like you clean your clothes (or your mum does!). Cold water is best - just chuck it in the washing machine!

Is tax included if I buy a Mock from this site?

Yes, it is.

Why isn't my promotional code working?

Can I wash my Studded Mock in the washing machine?

Yes! We're tried and tested it!

Can I wash my DIY Mock in the washing machine?

We wouldn't recommend it because the diamontes might fall off.

What colours and how many crystals come with the DIY Mocks?

You get 150 diamotes in a combination of pink, purple and silver. Don't worry they're stick-on so no glue required!
